The interior for The Roosevelt Room in Toronto comes courtesy of The Design Agency, whose principal members are also hosts of the popular HGTV television show, The Designer Guys. The decor for the The Roosevelt Room combines the sophistication and excitment of the 1920’s with modern day technology and finishes.
The menu at The Roosevelt Room is inspired by the original menu from Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel in 1929. Best described as modern French fusion, Executive Chef Trevor Wilkinson has created a menu that is both classic and contemporary, complex and with a Toronto influence.
The Roosevelt Room will offer an entertainment agenda unparalleled by any other venue in Toronto. The music provided during dinner hours will range from a mix of 1920’s and contemporary jazz to classic, soulful house. In the evening the Roosevelt Room will transform into an effervescent nightclub with internationally acclaimed superstar DJ’s, live local talent and playlists comprised of progressive, upbeat house, and current and retro top 40. Video installations pieces by local artists will be featured throug out The Roosevelt Room on plasma screens, projection screens and on the two-way mirrors located in the private, unisex bathrooms.
